Treatment Overview

A visual inspection of the attic or crawlspace is required to fully understand the cause of the mould and determine the scope of work involved. We will then provide a written quote to the client for the project.

The treatment process involves preparing the structure by scraping and HEPA vacuuming of the visible mould followed by a 2 step spray-on application of the Anabec products:

Step I is the application of the Advanced Cleaning Solution which removes the biofilm that is the lifeline for the mould and bacteria.

Step II is the application of the X-70 Plus microbial sealant. This provides a microbial shield incorporating nanotechnology which provides the long term protection against any future microbial growth.

We provide pre-treatment and post-treatment tape lift sampling for warranty purposes. There is a short appointment required approximately 3-7 days following the initial treatment.
